Step-by-Step Traditional Method:

Preparation: Fresh Cow & Buffalo milk is carefully collected and gently boiled.

Cream Collection: A thick layer of cream (Malai) is skimmed and stored over time.

Slow Clarification: The cream is slowly melted in heavy-bottomed vessels to preserve aroma.

Simmering: The mixture is simmered on a controlled flame until the milk solids separate naturally.

Pure Ghee Extraction: Finally, the clear, golden pure desi ghee is filtered, bottled, and sealed for freshness.
